I've spent about 1/2 hour trying to work out how \allowPageTurn works and  
can't make this version do what I thought was wanted.  My understanding of  
this bug report is that it's trying to get a situation where the page will  
break at the R1*12.  Wherever I put \allowPageTurn I cannot make it break  
there.  Putting \allowPageTurn immediately after the \pageBreak forces all  
the notes onto 2 pages, with no break at a rest.  Anywhere else and it  
seems to have no effect.

If this does work as it should, could we have a complete snippet  
demonstrating it?
