iBook G4 OSX 10.3.9

2.12.3-1 and 2.13.34-1 crash on launch with errors below.
2.12.2-1 runs ok

Note from Valentin:
Yes, there still are some users who need 10.3.9 out there, particularly on  
PowerPC hardware with low amounts of RAM etc.
