imo, only the top note of a chord should be affected by the "up" option. the fingerings of all lower notes should be aligned to the left, independent of
the existence of a fingering to the top note.

this would make it easier to write fingerings - no need to change
orientations all the time.

and the actual behaviour often held me or my wife off adding fingerings -
it's easier to write them by hand!

I'm not a guitarist and I've never used the fingerings functionality - is this a bug or an enhancement? Could you provide some code/image that illustrates what's wrong and how it would be right?
