Looking at (say) the LM section header "1.1.2 MacOS X", the warning box  
covers the header, which looks ugly.  This would appear to be a texinfo  
bug, but attempts to fix it with texinfo have failed.  It can be prevented  
with a forced newline @* immediately after the section heading.
