Hello, sorry to reply only now. I have been very busy lately and shall have maybe some time for updating the translation before next year.

Though wikipedia surely is kind of commonly agreed facts, I would like to have that information also in German notational guides. I have probably recurring to my own music training and how I would refer to these ties and slurs. I "invented" Legatobogen for the slur, which in my opinion is telling better what it is about. I am definitely not reluctant to have done these changes, but I consider updating all the other stuff in the manuals for the next version more important at the moment – the more since I don't seem to have even the time to do that. I would be glad if you would join the German translation team; I can explain you the workflow that has been developed for doing translation work. Then you will be able to do this kind of global substitutions by yourself. Promised that I will answer faster from now :-)In de.po, lines 1681 and 1685, "tie" is translated as "Bindebogen". This should be "Haltebogen". See illustration at http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haltebogen This page links to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tie_(music) while http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bindebogen links to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slur_(music)
Greetings Till
