If this bug is deemed invalid, then the example in "Piano centered  
dynamics" should be changed.  I followed that example and everything looked  
fine until I put \pageBreak and the pedal marks "fell off" the above  
system.  Basic things just shouldn't be breaking because of forced page  
breaks.
