Sorry, I was pretending to be a normal bug squad user.  I
personally know exactly how to verify that, but a typical bug
squad user won't have point-n-click set up and will thus be lost.

Solution: take initative to ask for help on user.  Don't just
ignore it and hope that somebody else does it.
