Thanks for the bug report, Barikavily.
I reproduced your example using 2.15.35.
I have checked the documentation [1][2] and I believe your first
example is the expected behaviour. Could you explain what you think is
wrong with the ambitus mark for your tenor clef?
Your second example does appear to be a bug. I searched the the issue
tracker [3] to establish that it is not a known bug.
I have created an issue tracker for:
"Ambiutus is not correct in the case of semitone staves"
See [4] below.
