PAM?

What the best way to have pop3d and imap4d do different PAM things for
different invocations?  Specifically, I'm consider the case where I
might allow a plaintext Kerberos password over an imap connection
wrapped with sslwrap[0], but not want to allow that over the regular
imap connection.
