It fixes the "Cannot allocate memory" error.

With it I can fetch INBOX using mailutils-2.0. I still get the parse
error if I specify a folder and I'd expect to the quoting patch to be
required as well.

I guess you can easily figure out that one - here's sample urls for testing:

Works (dns error, obviously):
$ movemail imap://user:address@hidden/ /tmp/mbox1
movemail: mailbox `imap://user:address@hidden/': Cannot open: DNS
name resolution failed

As soon as you add a folder, parse error:
$ movemail imap://user:address@hidden/Test /tmp/mbox2
movemail: Could not create mailbox
`imap://user:address@hidden/Test': Parse error
