Re: --no-silent --no-quiet style option

Hi Paul,

I think expanding the output would be helpful.  I would like to create a 
patch to add --no-silent, basically turns off the features of .SILENT, 
@, --silent.  Also I think the debugging options should turn off silent 
by default.  Would these features be accepted for review/addition to GNU 
make if I create the patch and submit to this list?
