Details:
Implement an option to fail recipes on undefined variable references (similar
to bash's nounset option).
I'm sure it can't be default, so would need to be enabled with an option.
Would prefer an option that can be set inside the makefile, like a
pseudo-target (".NOUNSET:" or something) (as opposed to a command-line flag).
