checked, and now I recall this one (it was one of the things I broke in the
first pass of splitting out the curses.wide file -- the library file ended
up being compiled with an infinite loop for the chgat() function).

That's been stable for a few months, but doesn't help Redhat 7.2 (would have
been nice if they'd reviewed ncurses fixes before freezing enigma).
