native win32 ncurses

Has really nobody managed to build one using msys/mingw32 (*)? To not
make an utter fool of myself, I just tested that it really doesn't work
OOTB with ncurses 5.2.

Is there anything in ncurses that makes this very difficult, if not

Having a win32 version would be very cool, as it would allow a ton of
other unixoid programs to run on *native* win32.
