Problem with form

Hi !

i'm totally new in the ncurses world, and I need your help. I hope this list
is the good. I'm sorry if i did a mistake ;)

So, i'd like to use a form in my program with two fields : one for username
and one for password. No problem to create the form, but i don't know how to
get the user answer. Is there a function ? I have to user the form table ?
