Re: commas in oleo output files

I've just changed the src/oleofile.c so it writes and reads in the C
locale (and sets the locale back to the user setting after that).

The new version is in CVS, go ahead and have a try if you can.
(Or I can send it to you if you don't normally use CVS.)
