What is there to test for? Since it's a #define, it can't
break anything, right? (If there is no support for it, it
just gets ignored) If there are other #define's for other
libc's, then that might be a case for autoconfuse...
Anyway, I would rather stick that in configure.in
(CFLAGS=blah blah blah)
