Need to resize an NTFS partition.

Hello,

I've use parted (version 1.4.22 and earlier) very successfully on
FAT32 and various linux partitions, but now I need to resize an NTFS
file system.

Apparently parted cannot do this (True?).  Are there any open source
tools which can?  If not open source, what commercially available
tools are there?
