resizine HFS

Once upon a time, there was a program called LIDO7, that run under MacOS 7,
and was able to resize non-destructively HFS partitions.

I searched more info about it, but its company - Surf City Software -
closed down and disappeared in 1994 or 1995. Looks like that *maybe* it
re-released under GPL LIDO7 before closing, but i wasn't able to find it.
Well, if it is true, it could be used by somebody (not me and not Andrew, i
suppose ¹) to add resize HFS support to parted...

¹ Andrew is too busy i suppose - and even if he had time, i think parted
would need some more important features than HFS... correct? :)
