This is next version of the stable branch. And it contains only few 
bugfixes and some cleanups. Most significant fix for parted users is 
st_blocks fixing patch. It fixes computation of st_blocks field of the 
stat data of the root directory durring file system creation (mkfs, cpfs).

Changes are:

   * fixed st_blocks while creating new filesystem
   * sparc/linux compilation fixes from Timshel Knoll <address@hidden>
   * removed intl and po directories due to them are not used for awhile
   * small cleanups
