Hi,
parted told me to send you a bugreport :)
Here it is:
------------------------------------------------8<--------------------------------------------------------
(parted) p
Disk geometry for /dev/hda: 0.000-38154.375 megabytes
Disk label type: msdos
Minor Start End Type Filesystem Flags
1 0.031 5721.679 primary ext3 boot
4 6208.945 36699.960 primary ext3
2 36773.789 38154.375 primary fat32 boot, hidden, lba
(parted) resize 4
Start? [6208.9453]? 5723.00
End? [36699.9604]? 35000.00
You found a bug in GNU Parted. Please email a bug report to address@hidden
containing the version (1.6.5), and the following message:
Assertion (block < EXT2_SUPER_BLOCKS_COUNT(fs->sb)) at
../../../libparted/fs_ext2/ext2.h:220 in function ext2_is_data_block()
failed.
------------------------------------------------8<--------------------------------------------------------
It looks like the fs is still ok, I just ran a e2fsck and it reported
two wrong blocks count which where corrected. A initial check shows
that it still works (fingers crossed)
bye,
Michael
