About the "checking not yet implemented" message

Hi,

I've had an user report from somebody who was confused by the message
"Support for checking %s file systems is not implemented yet."
when he tryied to resize an HFS fs, because I've not check implementation
in my patch. Perheaps when checking is called because the user tryied to
resize a not cleanly unmounted fs, and no check code is available, we could
add a more explicit message like "Your file system has probably not been 
cleanly unmounted. If you are trying to resize a file system, maybe you 
can try to run an external program to check the file system."
