Bug in GNU Parted

I encounterd a bug when i was eploring Knoppix (Hacking Knoppix).
I pass on the output.
swapon: /dev/hda6: Device or resource busy
Error: Unable to satisfy all constraints on the partition.
A bug has been detected in GNU parted. Please email a bug report to 
address@hidden containing the version (1.6.21) and the following message: 
Assertion (disk !=NULL) at ../../libparted/disk.c:1307 in function 
ped_disk_next_partition() failed.
