FYI, alioth trouble -> switch git repo to savannah

Since there have been problems on alioth, I've pushed parted's
"master" to savannah, where I expect to push new changes.
When alioth's situation stabilizes, I'll probably set up to mirror to it.

Now you can get an anonymous clone via this:

    git clone git://git.sv.gnu.org/parted.git
