Hard to say offhand.  It shouldn't be _that_ hard, though.

Willing but not able; I don't have enough free time these days.
However, Sergey might have enough free time to do it.

Backward-compatibility issues are probably the main concern here,
i.e. they could well take most of the design and testing time.
