[Bug-tar] gettext 0.15 rejects latest Hungarian translation for GNU tar

The recently-released GNU gettext 0.15 rejects the latest Hungarian
translation for GNU tar
<http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/translation/teams/PO/hu/tar-1.15.91.hu.po>,
as follows:

   $ msgfmt -c --statistics -o hu.gmo hu.po
   hu.po:7: nplurals = 1...
   hu.po:94: ...but some messages have 2 plural forms
   msgfmt: found 1 fatal error

I've worked around this problem temporarily by removing the Hungarian
translation from GNU tar as part of its bootstrap procedure.

Can you please fix this and send email to address@hidden when the fix
has propagated to www.iro.umontreal.ca?  Then we can reenable the
distribution of the Hungarian translation as part of GNU tar.  Thanks.
