No, it should be --create. BACKUP_DIRS and BACKUP_FILES cause the
creation of two distinct archives. If the backup goes to the tape,
the archive created by BACKUP_FILES follows that of BACKUP_DIRS. If
the backup goes to a file (which it seems in your case), the
administrator must make sure the created archive gets moved somewhere
before creating next one, otherwise it be overwritten.
