Just a question here. (could be silly):
Where can be get the free licensed copy of Tar.exe which we can use. We
are not building the Tar.exe here.
It would be great if you can let us know the location where we can get
the latest Tar.exe with this fix.

This was fixed many years ago in the 'tar' sources.  Perhaps your 'tar'
executable is ancient; or perhaps it wasn't built properly; or perhaps
you are running an ancient O.S.  In any case, you should contact whoever
built your 'tar' (it wasn't us).
