[Bug-tar] [GNU tar 1.29] testsuite: 138 140 141 142 143 failed

Hi,

I'm trying to install tar 1.29 with the system GCC 4.8.5 compiler on CentOS 7, but several of the tests failed during `make check`. I have attached the testsuite.log. Let me know if there is any other information you need.
