To make things symmetrical, it would be nice to place the cursor on
the last line when the end of the document is reached. This can be
done by replacing in _scroll_forward() in session.c
forward_move_node_structure (window, behaviour)
with
if (forward_move_node_structure (window, behaviour))
info_end_of_node (window, 1, 0);
For beauty's sake, the move_to_new_line (0, 0, window) in
_scroll_backward() is then better replaced with
info_beginning_of_node(window, 1, 0).
