2 error messages for @end command mismatch

Hello,

There are 2 different error messages in C makeinfo for mismatch of @end
and opening format, unless I missed something:

Something like:

 mismatched @end cartouche with @quotation
 
or

 address@hidden' expected `quotation', but saw `cartouche'

I think that only one should be kept. I think that the second one is 
a bit clearer. Advices?
