I downloaded the texinfo-5.0 sources and applied this patch. It seems
to works well for searching forwards, but behaves strangely when
searching backwards. Pressing "{" will not always go back to the page
I was looking at before I pressed "}". Sometimes it gets stuck in a
single node. Sometimes it moves the cursor to the end of what I
searched for (e.g. having just searched forward for "the", the cursor
is on "t". Pressing "{" makes it jump forward to a space after "the".)
