[VCDImager Bugs/Devel] elapsed time anomaly between vcdimager and vcdxgen+vcdxbuild |

Greetings -
The portable DVD player I am using (Audiovox 1680) has a 'elapsed
time display' feature that can be used to rotate between
"single elapsed" (elapsed time within the current track)
"single remain" (time remaining in the current track)
"total elapsed" (elapsed time from the beginning of the disc)
"total remain" (time remaining until the end of the disc)
"off" (turn off elapsed time display)
I am using the version of vcdimager from CVS.
If I create a SVCD using the simple commandline vcdimager program:
vcdimager -t svcd --add-file=readme,README.TXT *.mpg
the DVD player will rotate thru all 5 settings in turn.
However, if I use the xml programs vcdxbuild and vcdxgen:
vcdxgen -t svcd --addd-file=readme,README.TXT *.mpg
vcdxbuild videocd.xml
the resulting SVCD only rotates thru the elapsed time display for the
current track as follows:
"single elapsed"
"single remain"
"off"
It seems that the summary information containing the total timing
for the disc is not being written to the .bin file if the xml method
is used.
