I am using GNU Wget 188.8.131.5287 on Windows Vista Ultimate.
On Windows, I prefer to use a very simple batch file for each website as follows:
Then I put all my options for that site into the somesite-wgetrc.txt file.
I find the command line options confusing and the command line quickly gets too long to read if it's complex. In addition, you can have several sessions running at once, each with different options. Each batch file spawns its own local environment.
