Thanks a lot for the response. As of now, I feel that easiest solution
will be just to compare the file size OR just to use "wget -N" command to
ensure that local and remote copies of the file are same. Any idea
regarding why wget -N command is not working. All other options are
working fine.
Its failing with:
<<Proxy request sent, awaiting response... 400 Bad Request
2009-07-28 09:55:39 ERROR 400: Bad Request.>>
If wget -N does not work , can I use output message from wget command to
check the file size..??
i.e. check following information:
<<
100%[===================================================================================>]
22,774 --.-K/s in 0.004s
Last-modified header missing -- time-stamps turned off.
2009-07-28 09:52:43 (5.09 MB/s) - `C090725.eod' saved [22774/22774]
