[Bug-wget] Wget doesn't cache dns

Hello,

Reffering to the documentation, wget w/ no option do a DNS query to the DNS 
server and cahes it it the memory.
I try to make serveral request to the same site and each time it requests the 
Dns server. The site never change IP address.

wget version 1.12 and earlier have the same behaviour under linux.
