I have investigated better this problem. As you can see in the default
page code, there are lines as:
<a href="faq/es" class="internal">español</a>
<a href="faq/ru" class="internal">???????</a>
This is the reason why a directory "faq/" is created.
I am not sure if in this case, where "foo/" redirects to "foo" and "foo"
already exists and it is a directory, we should assume that the
destination file is "foo/default.html".
