[Bug-wget] [patch]A bug in zh_CN translation in wget-1.12

[wks1986]

In wget-1.12, the string "eta" (estimated time of arrival) is wrongly
translated in Simplified Chinese as if it meant "English Time Area".
The following patch changes it to a proper translation.
