[Bug-wget] wget on windows

wget for windows problem in... well v1.5 and above:
I'm using Windows XP SP3.


While trying different args with this command I noticed that sometimes if I  
break the mirroring process, afterwards it only will download index.html  
and nothing else.
The strangest thing is that it eventualy works again, about 15min later for  
no apparent reason. Untill then I might aswel execute the same or several  
commands that it will ony download one file, index.html.
Another erratic behaviour is that it someties downloads a file but it  
garbles the file, the remote file is fine but when downloading it fucks it  
up, yesterday it did just that and today doesn't, same file anyway.
Today it came up with that strange behaviour of only downloading one file.  
I know, stupid.

I know I'm not making much sense but neither does wget on this matter. I  
bet it has som issues with SP3 or something. Most people seem to use it  
just fine under windows.
