Please note that Debian's wget manpage is created in a different way
than upstream's, which does not have such artifacts. This was a decision
made by the Debian package maintainer, and does not affect GNU's project.
I don't fault the Debian maintainer for choosing to do it his way. The
trade-off is that GNU's manpage lacks the completeness of the
information provided by the Texinfo manual; his direct conversion for
the Debian package is complete, but ugly.
