[Bug-wget] Minor bug?

When I do man wget [1] it shows:
NAME
   Wget - The non-interactive network downloader.

Shouldn't it show the name as "wget" and not "Wget"?

Agreed, it is minor, but perhaps worth fixing for the sake of consistency
(and correctness)?
