please don't deprecate or disable TLS1.1  I may be confused because
of naming issues (like TLS1.0 really being TLS v0 or something
weird like that), but the newest wasn't officially out yet...and
when I tried to just use TLS1.2, many sites were no longer accessible.
(ex: forums.opensuse.org).  From my limited understanding, the newest
TLS hadn't been  formally released yet.

Though all the above is subject to change if they update my version
numbers! ;-)
