Even after my persistent efforts I have failed to post the following message
to winboard forum?

Is there any mailing list on winboard?

I guessed the following two options are the same

* /tc 5 /inc -1 /mps -1
* /tc 5 /inc 0 /mps 0

But while running match between Aristrach and Crafty, I noticed they don't
mean the same thing. Is this correct?

Is there any difference? WHat is the difference? Where do I find the
details? MAnual is not very much clear.
