In order to comply with GFDL we will have to include the doc sources in
the dist. ... there are other ways, but I think this will be easy enough
to implement.

But we could prebuild the doc anyway.

So include html/pdf/ps/jpg/png..... as well as the dia and texinfo
sources in the doc package.

How about the following packages:

xnee-cli / cnee
-------------------------------------
  Included:  cnee, man pages, info pages

xnee
-------------------------------------
  Included:  cnee, pnee, gnee, man pages, info pages, all built docs
  Note: all programs uses static libs so no need for dynamic lib install
