[Bug-zile] Manpage update for 2.4.3

Dear zile developers,

Thank you for your work on the zile project, it is a helpful tool.
However I wanted to point out the two following issues with the manpage
provided with the latest release:

* the version number was not incremented (it still reads 2.4.2 whereas
  it should be 2.4.3)
* in the FILES section, the path to the dotzile-extra.el file should
  not start with /home/rrt but /usr instead
