I may be missing something, but if there's already a way to accomplish
this with "files-list", why don't we just use that?
Or, we could add support for a (files ...) option in release-info files.
Either way, I think the release-info file (or related) is a better place
for this info than the egg file -- ISTM the egg file is about how things
should be built and installed, while the release file is about how to
get it.
