 This ticket is supposed to act as a collection of parsing errors in wiki-
 parse.

 * definition lists result in multiple <dl>s with one <dt>/<dd> pair each
 instead of one lists with multiple pairs. See
 http://209.172.49.65/man/4/The%20User%27s%20Manual for an example (oddly,
 the lists on http://209.172.49.65/ are rendered correctly).
 * enscript tags should be converted to something like <pre><code>
 * handle nowiki in some reasonable way
