 I have updated the Software somewhat, and I have divided the links in two
 categories "Active Projects" and "Inactive Projects". I have merged also
 the links from the active projects page, though I have noticed that a lot
 of those are actually inactive. I suggest that we eliminate the active
 projects page, and keep the Software page.
