 To have more flexibility in .egg files, a conditional form would be
 helpful, similar (or even identical) to `cond-expand` that expands parts
 of the egg specification depending on system features.

 To allow customizing the installation of eggs further, the `-feature`
 option to `chicken-install` should be resurrected.
