Thank you. I feel glad that I can contribute something.

Ok then, if there are no more comments(and I don't find problems with
doing it like the translation tools become very hard to use with multiple
files), I will split the file up into chapter files.

As it stands now, my work is "good enough" to use as the main stuff, though
I still need to put the chicken logo into the documentation. :)

If you have latex and latex2html on your machine, 'make all' should, 
right now, build all of the forms of the manual. You will get a dvi, ps,
pdf, and a directory containing the html manual. If there are any problems
you don't/can't fix yourself, let me know and I'll look at it.

So this is that "go ahead" that you were looking for from me,
Felix. You may use/edit the new stuff. You can find latex2html here:
http://www.latex2html.org/ and I think everything else comes with the
latex distribution.
